NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst / CRM Manager to support marketing, operations, and sales by maintaining clean data and optimizing CRM tools. This role requires expertise in Excel and CRM platforms, and the ability to handle large datasets.

The ideal candidate will manage data, run reports, and assist with campaign setup across Insellerate, Salesforce, HubSpot, Go High Level, Follow Up Boss, or Purple Dot, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data-focused or CRM support role; mortgage/real estate/finance experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM platforms; able to build reports and analyze data.
• Strong understanding of CRM data integrity, segmentation, and workflow basics.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize and maintain large data sets across platforms for consistency.
• Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Manage CRM records, imports/exports, lists, segmentation and tag management.
• Support automation and campaign setup in Insellerate, Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce or Follow Up Boss.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and sales to meet data needs and ensure data integrity.
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards to support performance tracking.
