Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track marketing budgets, campaign spend, and related expenses to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Analyse campaign and market data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Support measurement of campaign ROI and overall marketing performance.
• Lead planning and delivery of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and other key metrics.

• Lead and manage the planning, delivery of marketing campaigns from digital to traditional channels.

• Evaluate campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and other key marketing metrics.

• Develop regular dashboards, reports and presentations that highlight key findings and actionable insights.

• Initiate competitor, market and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.

• Lead the creation, coordination, and distribution of marketing content across relevant channels and platforms.

• Manage accurate and up-to-date marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign records.

• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and within agreed timelines.

• Provide general marketing coordination and operational support to the wider marketing team as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and campaign management tools.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign coordination, marketing analytics, or a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work confidently with data, reports, and dashboards.

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
