Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to manage vendor relationships and budget tracking for our integrated Enterprise Marketing organization. This role acts as the operational backbone for a fast-moving marketing team, ensuring vendor engagements, spend, and financial documentation are accurate and audit-ready.

The ideal candidate brings strong vendor management, budget administration, or operations experience and can apply those skills within a corporate marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years in vendor management, budget administration, procurement, or operations support.
• Experience with spend forecasting and variance analysis (actual vs. budget).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for leadership-ready materials.
• Detail-oriented with high discretion handling vendor/budget data.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: primary contact for contracts, invoicing, deliverables and timelines.
• Budget management: track budgets, forecast spend, and prepare reports.
• Administrative & Operational Support: document processes, archive contracts, coordinate timelines.
• Reporting & Documentation Support: compile recurring budget and vendor reports for leadership.
