Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance Operations professional in Metro Manila to manage expenses across vendors, collect and verify receipts, and support onboarding of new vendors with proper documentation.

The role collaborates with finance and legal to ensure compliance, tracks contracts through to completion, and assists with budget planning and reporting for marketing and growth teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, marketing finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with marketing teams or agencies is a bonus.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT) is a bonus.

Responsibilities
