Qualifications

• 1–3 years in finance operations or marketing finance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own expense and vendor records across vendors and contractors
• Collect, verify, and organize receipts and transaction data
• Support onboarding and contracting of new vendors with documentation
• Collaborate with finance and legal to ensure compliance and proper documentation
• Track contracts and approvals through to completion
