East West Banking Corporation is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations & Expense Officer to support the Chief Marketing Officer and oversee budgeting, governance, and vendor management. This hybrid role in Taguig involves coordinating contracts, tracking expenses, and driving efficient marketing operations across the team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in marketing operations or related finance roles, strong analytics, and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Management Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, finance, governance, or business operations.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, process management, budgeting, and governance; proficient in MS Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management and travel logistics.
• Oversee marketing operations, workflows, governance, and process improvements.
• Manage marketing contracts, renewals, repositories, and compliance.
• Monitor budgets and expenses, maintain dashboards, validate expenditures against budgets.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, invoicing, payments, and expense accruals.
• Support Marketing Council logistics and office operations.
