You will support the Chief Marketing Officer with marketing operations, vendor and contract management, and budget monitoring, ensuring compliant governance and timely expense reporting across the Marketing Group.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or finance, with strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing operations, finance, governance, or business operations.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and operational controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and coordinate key items.
• Oversee marketing operations, workflows, and governance requirements.
• Manage administration of marketing contracts including renewals and compliance.
• Monitor budgets and expenses with dashboards and validation against approvals.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, invoicing, payments, and expense accruals.
• Support Marketing Council logistics and office operations across the team.
