The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in marketing operations or related finance roles, strong analytics, and proficiency in Power BI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Management Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, finance, governance, or business operations.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, process management, budgeting, and governance; proficient in MS Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management and travel logistics.

In this role, you will provide executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer while overseeing marketing operations, vendor and contract management, budget and expense monitoring, and administrative governance to ensure efficient and compliant business operations. You will manage expense tracking and reporting, coordinate vendor payments and engagements, maintain operational records, and support Marketing Council activities and office operations to drive seamless execution across the Marketing Group.

What the role will entail

• Provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and follow-through on key action items.
• Oversee marketing operations and workflows, ensuring efficient execution of processes, procedures, and governance requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end administration of marketing contracts, including tracking renewals, maintaining repositories, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Monitor marketing budgets and expenses, maintain utilization dashboards, and validate expenditures against approved budgets and authorization processes.
• Coordinate vendor engagements, contract processing, invoice tracking, payment facilitation, and expense accruals to ensure timely and accurate administration.
• Support division-wide office operations, including facilities and asset management, administrative documentation, job aids, and Marketing Council logistics and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Management Accounting, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, finance, governance, business operations, or a similar function.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, process management, budgeting, and operational controls, with proficiency in MS Office and analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Experience in monitoring budgets and expenses, managing administrative processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating accountability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset.
