You will partner with vendors and stakeholders to optimize spend, develop executive dashboards, and drive cost transparency while mentoring the Finance Analyst.

The role requires strong FP&A experience and proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications like CPA/CMA/CFA/MBA are a plus.
• 5–8 years FP&A/Tech Finance experience in banking or large corporate functions.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; data-driven mindset.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tech budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with spend tracking.
• Deliver dashboards and reports to executives and governance forums.
• Oversee vendor spend, contracts, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Analyze cost drivers, variances, and risks; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor the Technology Finance Analyst and improve processes.
