Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven digital marketing experience including social media management and SEM.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong writing and speaking skills with ability to craft compelling content.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with CMS and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with the food manufacturing or consumer goods sector preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing and communications team at our office in Marikina City, Metro Manila. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing digital and search marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, and contributing to the growth of our brand visibility in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing platforms
• Manage and optimise search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive traffic and improve online visibility

What we're looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and best practices
• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous
• Familiarity with the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Knowledge of Philippine market dynamics and consumer behaviour is a plus
