Job summary

The Neat Inc. is seeking a prepared marketer in the Philippines to plan and execute in-store promotions and online campaigns across major marketplaces. You will manage backend listings, pricing, stock, discounts, and campaigns while tracking performance and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in e-commerce or retail marketing.
• Hands-on back-end experience with Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Experience with TikTok livestream selling or affiliate/KOL programs.
• Familiarity with marketplace ads is a plus.
• Creative and promo‑driven, but organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic reports (Excel/Sheets).
• Willing to work in Caybiga, Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, bundles, and product launches.
• Create and run online campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, such as flash sales, vouchers, payday and double-date sales, and livestream promos.
• Manage seller center backends: product listings, pricing, stock updates, discount and voucher setup, and campaign registrations.
• Track promo performance (sales, conversion, traffic, ROI) and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams so promos are ready on time.
• Monitor competitor promos and marketplace trends to keep our offers fresh.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail marketing
• Hands‑on back‑end experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop Seller Center
• Experience with TikTok livestream selling or affiliate/KOL programs
• Familiarity with marketplace ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads) is a plus
• Creative and full of promo ideas, but also organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic reports (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Able to handle several campaigns at once and meet tight deadlines
