Job summary

PH Orro Home Trading Corp. in Quezon City is seeking a marketing leader to drive growth for its e-commerce operations. You will oversee strategy, research, and cross-channel campaigns to boost sales and strengthen brand presence.

You will lead a team, analyze traffic and campaign performance, and adjust pricing, promotions, and advertising based on data. Collaboration with influencer, video, and warehouse teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Philippine e-commerce operations.
• Must have independently managed at least one e-commerce store.
• Familiar with the back-end systems of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
• Knowledge of product listing, campaign registration, pricing, and ad placement.
• Able to analyze traffic, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and refund rates.
• Able to adjust key SKUs, pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies based on data.
• Able to work with Influencer BD, Short-Form Video, Live Streaming, and Warehouse teams.
• Proficient in Excel or Feishu Sheets for data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
