Job summary

KJA Summit Food Corp. is seeking an E-commerce & Social Media Officer to manage the company’s online store and marketplace pages. You will coordinate with branches and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain precise sales records.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in e-commerce or social media, with FMCG/retail exposure and basic photo/video editing skills. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms and/or social media accounts.
• Experience in FMCG, food or retail is a plus.
• Working knowledge of seller dashboards for Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Willing to travel locally for fieldwork as required.
