Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Malabon is seeking an on-site, full-time Senior Marketing Leader to develop and execute the Corporate Marketing Plan and nationwide brand positioning.

You will manage a team of product managers, marketing assistants, and outsourced graphic artists while coordinating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to align forecasts, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field (MBA a plus) and at least 8 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution.
• Strong background in brand management, trade marketing, product launches, and managing multiple product categories.
• Highly analytical with deep budgeting, pricing, and margin skills; excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• High integrity, professional accountability, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Corporate Marketing Plan, market segmentation, and nationwide brand positioning.
• Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, Marketing Assistants, and outsourced Graphic Artists.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to align sales forecasts, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Business Analytics: Track product performance, inventory movement, profitability, and ROI on marketing investments (ROI).
• Partnership Building: Form strategic alliances with distributors, retailers, trade customers, and industry organizations.
