APEC Homes is seeking a dedicated Marketing Management Trainee to join our team. You will guide and support our customer relations operations, ensuring clients receive a positive, seamless, and efficient experience.

This role offers progression from entry level to Team Lead depending on experience, with opportunities to collaborate with Sales, Property Management, and other departments to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
At least 2 years of customer service experience (real estate industry is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system.
Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and customer experience through data-driven insights and feedback.
Analyze customer feedback and service trends to identify recurring concerns and develop actionable improvement initiatives that enhance homeowner satisfaction.
Work closely with Sales, Property Management, and other departments to facilitate timely and seamless resolution of customer concerns and ensure effective delivery of solutions.
