The role covers compliance checks, risk identification, and reporting findings. Travel to project sites may be required, with company-provided housing when assigned, at specialist to supervisory level. Applicants should have 3+ years in inventory audit and a relevant accounting background.

Inventory Auditor (Warehouse Auditor)

The Inventory Auditor (Warehouse Auditor) is mainly responsible for inventory accuracy, warehouse audits, cycle counts, variance investigation, stock reconciliation, and compliance with inventory control procedures across warehouse operations.

This position is open for Specialist to Supervisory level.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct warehouse inventory audits, stock counts, and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.


• Perform compliance audits to verify adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.


• Conduct special audits, including transaction reviews and document validation.


• Identify operational and compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.


• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations.


• Willing to travel to project sites and stay at the company-provided audit staff house when required.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology/Financial Management/Internal Audit or any related course


• With 3+ years relevant experience in warehouse or inventory audit


• Highly analytical; excellent problem solving and people management skills; Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven


• Can drive light vehicle / with driver's license (Non-Pro or Pro) Res. No. 1, 2 is an advantage


• Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity

Working Conditions

• Willing to conduct site visit within Central Luzon or CALABARZON (service will be provided)
