Job summary

APEC Homes is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Pampanga. You will manage customer orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth transactions for unit reservations.

The role requires a degree in Marketing or business, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Regular workweek is 5 days with weekend/holiday flexibility; office located in San Fernando, Pampanga, front of SM Pampanga.

• Handle unit reservations via phone, email, or mail with accurate lot numbers, pricing, and discounts.

• Enter order data into the database and maintain up-to-date sales records and reports.
• Conduct initial orientation for interested unit buyers prior to contract signing.

• Accurately enter order data into the database while maintaining up-to-date sales records and reports.

• Conduct initial orientation for interested unit buyers prior contract signing.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing or any business-related field.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

• An empathetic, people-oriented personality with a knack for handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• 5-Day work week but amenable to work during weekends and holidays.

• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga (office is in front of SM Pampanga)
