Are you a hands-on digital marketing professional with strong HubSpot experience who enjoys turning campaigns into qualified leads and measurable sales results?
As a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day execution of the company's brand, content, lead generation, and marketing activities. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to turn the Sales & Marketing Plan into effective campaigns, qualified opportunities, and strong sales support.
The role combines HubSpot management, lead generation, lead nurturing, content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement. You'll also coordinate with an external digital agency supporting SEO, Google Ads, paid social, and website activity, ensuring their work is aligned with commercial priorities and properly connected to HubSpot.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including CRM management, segmentation, workflows, automation, and email marketing.
- Proven experience creating and managing lead generation and lead-nurture campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead conversion, campaign performance, and reporting.
- Experience creating and managing EDMs, social media content, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
- Competence with Adobe Creative Suite for creating and updating professional marketing materials.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
- Strong written communication, proofreading, and content creation skills.
- Ability to maintain a consistent marketing and content calendar and deliver activities on time.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
- Ability to create and update sales presentations, product data sheets, campaign assets, and marketing collateral.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to support prospecting, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with external digital or creative agencies.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on generating measurable marketing and sales outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency and content quality.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with SEO, paid social, landing pages, conversion optimisation, or A/B testing is advantageous.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Canva, Google Analytics, Looker, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Monday.com is advantageous.
- Experience in a B2B or sales-led environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub activities, including segmentation, workflows, forms, and email campaigns.
- Develop and manage lead generation and lead-nurture campaigns.
- Monitor lead flow, engagement, conversion, and sales handover.
- Manage the marketing and content calendar and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
- Create and coordinate EDMs, social media content, marketing collateral, and campaign assets.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and quality across marketing channels.
- Update website content through WordPress as required.
- Execute the company's Sales & Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Create and maintain sales presentations, product data sheets, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate with the external digital agency and ensure activities align with business priorities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leads, engagement, and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing campaigns, lead funnels, and sales support.

- Equivalent MNL Time: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Requirement: Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
