Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in a similar marketing / CRM specialist role.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot platform, including building sequences, workflows, chat flows, and reports.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in Property Marketing in Australia (not just realestate but property development industry, Financial services, or branding agencies, govt roles would be seen as favourable).

Core Responsibilities

• Utilise HubSpot to manage all marketing activities, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, social media scheduling, and content management.
• Create and manage automated sequences and workflows within HubSpot to optimise lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
• Develop and maintain chat flows within HubSpot to enhance customer engagement and support.
• Generate custom reports and analyse data within HubSpot to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HubSpot strategies.
• Stay updated on HubSpot's latest features, updates, and best practices to continuously optimise marketing efforts.
