MicroSourcing is hiring a Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Lead Generation) in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role covers digital marketing initiatives and engagement across social media, email, messaging, and phone to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

You will convert leads into booked appointments with healthcare providers, track activity in CRM, and assist with payment follow-ups, all within a hybrid, night-shift setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or customer engagement.
• Strong digital savviness with social media, email, messaging, and CRM tools.
• Excellent relationship-building, organization, and follow-up to hit booking targets.
• Proactive, able to learn health and wellness products quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing initiatives and engage with prospects across social media, email, messaging, and phone to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly to prospective clients while educating them using approved health and wellness materials.
• Convert qualified leads into booked appointments with healthcare providers through proactive lead nurturing and scheduling workflows.
• Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within CRM systems and escalate clinical inquiries as needed.
• Support payment collection by following up on outstanding client balances and maintaining accurate transaction records.
