Qualifications

• Experience with nanny agency, household staffing, recruitment, or similar business preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and update candidates and families inside Engine Hire CRM.
• Respond to emails and service inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate virtual nanny interviews and candidate screenings.
• Assist with candidate recruitment, outreach, and lead follow-up.
• Create email blasts, newsletters, and support email marketing campaigns.
• Produce graphics/content for social media using Canva/CapCut.
• Conduct online research and assist with marketing and growth projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the agency.
