Job summary

SOVA in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Marketing & Creative Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day marketing activities for premium aesthetic, medical and skincare brands. This hands-on role covers digital marketing, content creation, website management and creative production, working with the Marketing Manager to handle recurring tasks from brief to execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Coordinator or similar hands-on role.
• Proficient in Canva, WordPress and/or Shopify.
• Strong English copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Video editing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content across social media and digital campaigns.
• Produce branded graphics and short-form videos.
• Draft marketing copy for social media, email, ads and website.
• Maintain WordPress/Shopify content and updates.
• Manage assets and campaign files.
• Support marketing reports and lead data tracking.
• Assist with lead follow-ups and CRM data management.
• Support business development activities and prospect research.
• Support multiple brands while maintaining consistency.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as required.
