Virginia Farms Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional to develop creative ideas and direct marketing initiatives across our business units. You will manage marketing programs and craft strategies that support frontline sales teams in sustaining excellent customer relations.

The role requires strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and campaign management, coupled with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content marketing, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
