Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a creative Social Media & Video Content VA to lead our digital marketing efforts. You will handle email campaigns, design social ad creatives, and produce short-form videos from a seasonal image library.

The role calls for independent work, initiative, and strong creative direction. You will collaborate with the creative director to refine concepts, pitch ideas, and deliver polished assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month of campaigns in advance.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using our seasonal image library.
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Collaborate closely with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval.
