Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends and opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional and product teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine financial advertising regulations and governance.
