MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the Philippines marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, and brand growth for a leading digital lending platform in Taguig.

You will manage local teams and agencies, ensure compliance with Philippine advertising regulations, and drive user acquisition and market expansion.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, and professional English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Business/Communications.
• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in integrated campaigns and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across digital marketing, social, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends and opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage and mentor the local marketing team and agencies.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers and vendors.
• Monitor marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations, and public affairs.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations.
