MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the Philippines market from Taguig, on-site. You will oversee integrated marketing strategies, brand growth, and local operations, reporting to executive leadership to drive user acquisition while complying with local advertising regulations.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, lead internal and external teams, and partner with regional stakeholders to align local execution with regional objectives in a fast-growing fintech

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 6–10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, PR, partnerships).
• Strong ability to manage internal teams and external agencies, with stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation and performance marketing.

• Manage, mentor and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers and external vendors.

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations and public affairs for consistent brand execution.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations and corporate governance standards.
