• Conduct regular market scanning and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare competitive intelligence reports and SWOT analyses for executive review.
• Monitor industry trends, threats, and emerging opportunities that may affect the company's market position.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and untapped markets.
• Prepare company profiles, proposals, and presentation materials for prospective clients/partners.
• Represent the company in initial business meetings, industry engagements, and networking activities, as directed by the CEO.
• Gather, consolidate, analyze, and interpret business, sales, and market data to support corporate strategic planning.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports (KPIs, sales trends, market share, growth metrics) for executive use.
• Provide data-backed recommendations and forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
• Report findings, insights, and recommendations directly to the President and CEO on a regular basis.
• Support strategic planning sessions, board presentations, and executive decision-making.
• Translate high-level executive directives into actionable plans and monitor implementation.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to align on corporate strategic initiatives without overlapping existing Business Development department functions.

1. Competitor Analysis
