Marketing & Creative Assistant

And we're looking for a Marketing & Creative Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Social media management - content creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance tracking across multiple brands and platforms


• Graphic design - promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across locations


• Video editing - short-form videos, reels, and promos with captions and branding (~20 hrs/week of editing alone)


• Email marketing - campaign creation, scheduling, template design, and performance monitoring

Required Tools

• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite


• CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)


• Meta Business Suite


• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok


• Mailchimp or Klaviyo (email marketing)
