Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Marketing & Creative Assistant to join our 100% remote team in the Philippines. The role focuses on social media management, graphic design, video editing, and email marketing to elevate our brands across locations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, a strong eye for design, and the ability to manage content calendars and deadlines while delivering high-quality campaigns in English.

• Graphic design — promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across locations.
• Video editing — short-form videos, reels, and promos with captions and branding (~20 hrs/week of editing alone).
• Email marketing — campaign creation, scheduling, template design, and performance monitoring.

Marketing & Creative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

• Social media management — content creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance tracking across multiple brands and platforms

• CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

• Working Webcam

Schedule: 8am–5pm CST | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱50K/month, depending on experience
