Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to join our remote team. This part-time role involves planning and optimizing paid campaigns, managing social media content, and creating compelling visuals for multi-channel campaigns.

Work 20 hours per week with flexible hours, dedicated to driving engagement and measurable results from home. Proficiency with Canva/Capcut and familiarity with Meta and Google ads is preferred.

• Strong social media management and content strategy skills.
• Ability to generate creative content ideas and plan content calendars.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Capcut, or similar).

• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes monitoring budgets, analyzing performance metrics, testing ad creatives, and preparing ROI reports.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and content calendars, plan/schedule posts, write captions, develop content strategies, and monitor engagement to grow the audience.
• Content Creation & Design: Design professional flyers, promotional graphics, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Capcut. Repurpose content across different social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence.

Required Tools

• Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (for campaign management).
• Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.

Schedule: 6 am - 10 am PST | 20 hours per week | Part-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱52K/month
