Job summary

Nightowl Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a content-focused professional to help write and edit materials for emails, newsletters, and educational resources. The role involves repurposing content for email, web, social, and print channels under guidance from senior marketing leadership.

You will draft educational materials, assist with loan-officer collateral, and help maintain compliant, up-to-date marketing assets and campaigns across CRM systems and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and editing content for monthly emails, newsletters, and educational materials.
• Repurpose content for email, web, social, and print channels with guidance from senior marketing leadership.
• Draft basic educational materials such as FAQs, explainer sheets, and borrower or partner summaries.
• Support the creation of marketing assets used by loan officers and referral partners.
• Help maintain content version control and ensure materials reflect updated guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Support the setup, testing, and deployment of marketing campaigns within CRM and automation tools.
• Assist with tracking campaign performance and organizing reports for leadership review.
• Coordinate with creative, compliance, and operations partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Assist with creating basic loan officer collateral, including email templates, social posts, and event resources.
• Respond to loan officer marketing requests with direction from senior team members.
• Help maintain the marketing library used by loan officers for outreach.
• Support field teams by ensuring materials are updated, compliant, and easy to access.
• Assist with research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior.
• Help organize marketing programs that support sales, product education, and consumer awareness.
• Prepare drafts and supporting materials for webinars, workshops, CE presentations, and advisor education initiatives.
• Ensure all materials follow compliance guidelines and brand standards.

Project & Campaign Support

• Support the setup, testing, and deployment of marketing campaigns within CRM and automation tools.

• Help maintain project timelines, content calendars, and asset inventories.
• Coordinate with creative, compliance, and operations partners to keep deliverables on schedule.

Loan Officer Support
