You will ensure MAP Rule disclosures, screen for misleading claims, confirm NMLS IDs and Equal Housing language, and support policy updates, training, and regulatory examinations.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and approve marketing materials for disclosures and compliance.
• Evaluate advertising for MAP Rule compliance including disclosures.
• Screen content for deceptive representations per MAP Rule.
• Confirm proper use of NMLS IDs and Equal Housing language.
• Audit company websites and social channels for licensing disclosures.
• Monitor third-party lead-generation and co-marketing compliance.
• Maintain advertising review logs and 24-month retention.
• Track turnaround times and report trends to CCO.
• Deliver training on common violations and best practices.
• Support regulatory examinations with documentation and responses.
