NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Compliance & Licensing professional to manage all regulatory and licensing obligations across our operating states.

This role ensures we meet both federal and state-level compliance requirements as we expand our lending operations. The position is based in the client location and offers a competitive monthly salary of ₱60,000–₱75,000, plus an HMO on Day 1, government-mandated benefits, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing compliance and licensing for a mortgage lender or broker.
• Able to serve as designated Compliance and/or AML Officer as required by certain states.
• Familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and multi-state regulatory requirements.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all state mortgage licenses for Realfinity Mortgage
• Ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations (NMLS, RESPA, etc.)
• Act as the designated AML/Compliance Officer in applicable states
• Coordinate license renewals, updates, and reporting
• Support internal audits and regulatory filings
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting our operation.
