NightOwl Consulting is hiring a Marketing Compliance Analyst to oversee the compliance of advertising and promotional content. The Analyst will ensure all materials conform to federal and state regulations, emphasizing truth in lending and advertising provisions.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in mortgage compliance. This full-time role offers above-market salary and benefits including HMO from day one for the employee and two dependents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage compliance or a related regulatory role.
• Strong understanding of advertising rules including TILA and MAP Rule.
• Experience in documenting reviews and creating compliant language.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance.
• Audit digital channels for advertising Rule compliance.
• Maintain logs and assist with regulatory audits.
