NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to review and approve advertising and promotional content produced by loan officers, ensuring adherence to TILA/Reg Z and MAP Rule disclosures across materials, websites, and digital channels.

The role acts as a front-line gatekeeper in a high-volume environment, balancing fast turnaround with rigorous, documented compliance review, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and supporting policy updates and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent mortgage-industry experience.
• 2+ years in mortgage compliance, marketing review, QC, or related regulatory role.
• Working knowledge of TILA/Regulation Z, MAP Rule, and UDAP/UDAAP.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and approve marketing and advertising materials from loan officers and branches.
• Evaluate disclosures under TILA/Reg Z and MAP Rule for accuracy and conspicuousness.
• Screen content for misleading representations per MAP Rule and state disclosures.
• Ensure proper use of NMLS IDs, Equal Housing Lender language, and licensing footers.
• Maintain ad review logs and report trends to the Chief Compliance Officer.
