vamasters, Inc. is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to consolidate sub-accounts into a single agency account and to build, manage, and optimize our GoHighLevel setup across snapshots, funnels, calendars, workflows, CRM pipelines, and integrations.

You will oversee leads, ensure correct routing and follow-up, and maintain clear SOPs. You will explore AI-powered automations within GoHighLevel, troubleshoot issues, and work remotely with strong English communication.

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with workflows, funnels, calendars and pipelines.
• Experience building and using GoHighLevel snapshots.
• Experience setting up payment and social media integrations in GoHighLevel.
• Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking.

• Support the migration from multiple sub-accounts to an agency account
• Create funnels and landing pages that are clean, functional, and conversion-focused
• Set up and manage calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
• Build and maintain automation workflows, CRM records, and sales pipelines
• Configure and manage payment integrations and social media integrations
• Oversee incoming leads to make sure they are captured, routed, and followed up correctly
• Create clear SOPs for systems and processes, and follow existing SOPs consistently
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with workflows, integrations, and automations quickly
• Explore and implement AI agents and AI-powered automations within GoHighLevel

Job Summary:

As we consolidate multiple sub-accounts into a single agency account, a skilled GoHighLevel Automation Specialist will build, manage, and optimize our entire GoHighLevel setup. You will work across snapshots, funnels, calendars, workflows, CRM pipelines, and integrations, while overseeing leads and keeping our systems documented and running smoothly. A hands-on problem solver who enjoys building clean systems, troubleshooting issues, and staying ahead of new tools like AI agents is the ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and deploy GoHighLevel snapshots across accounts
• Support the migration from multiple sub-accounts to an agency account
• Create funnels and landing pages that are clean, functional, and conversion-focused
• Set up and manage calendars, booking flows, and appointment automations
• Build and maintain automation workflows, CRM records, and sales pipelines
• Configure and manage payment integrations and social media integrations

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, funnels, calendars, and pipelines
• Experience building and using GoHighLevel snapshots
• Experience setting up payment integrations and social media integrations in GoHighLevel
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical, systems-focused approach
• Ability to write clear, step-by-step SOPs
• Excellent written English
• Level-headed, exacting, and productive when working remotely on your own
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building AI agents or AI automations in GoHighLevel, such as Conversation AI or Voice AI (strong plus)
• HighLevel certification(s)
• Experience migrating sub-accounts or managing a GoHighLevel agency account
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n integrations
• Experience with Stripe or other payment processors
• Able to prioritize across several projects and keep every one on schedule
