Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a GoHighLevel Automation & Lead Conversion VA to own the lead lifecycle from nurture to conversion. You will audit the current GoHighLevel setup, rebuild automations, and ensure leads progress through the right journeys with precise follow-ups.

You will collaborate with the business owner to diagnose gaps, implement improvements, and document every workflow for long-term maintainability. Strong English communication and hands-on CRM automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

What happens after a lead comes in is about to get a lot better, because a GHL Automation & Lead Conversion VA will take ownership of it. Our lead generation is already performing well, and the gap is in the nurturing, follow-up, and conversion that follows. You will audit our existing GoHighLevel setup, identify what is broken or missing, rebuild the automation and email nurture experience, and make sure every lead moves through the right journey. It's a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose a system, and not just build basic workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Audit the existing GoHighLevel environment end to end and document gaps in workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences
• - Rebuild and optimize email nurture sequences that move new leads toward booked calls and purchases
• - Build and maintain workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation rules, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel
• - Make sure every lead sits in the correct pipeline stage and receives the correct automated follow-up
• - Test conditional logic across all automations and repair broken, looping, or dead-end paths
• - Connect quiz results, landing pages, and funnels to correctly segmented follow-up journeys
• - Handle ongoing follow-up on incoming leads so no enquiry goes unanswered
• - Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversion metrics) and report on results
• - Recommend and implement improvements that raise lead-to-client conversion
• - Document every workflow, automation, and process built so the system stays maintainable

Mandatory Skills:

• - Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, beyond theoretical knowledge or basic workflow building
• - Demonstrated ability to build workflows, triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipelines from scratch
• - Experience auditing an existing CRM or automation setup and identifying gaps and failure points
• - Strong email marketing background, including nurture and follow-up sequence design
• - Experience building or maintaining funnels and landing pages inside a CRM platform
• - Ability to test and troubleshoot conditional logic in automations
• - Comfortable reading campaign analytics and turning numbers into recommendations
• - Clear documentation habits, able to record processes so others can follow them
• - Disciplined, careful, and productive without close oversight
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Skills:

• - Experience with quiz funnels, assessments, or interactive lead magnets
• - Familiarity with membership areas, low-ticket offers, workshops, and high-ticket coaching funnels
• - Background supporting coaching, online education, or digital product businesses
• - Email copywriting skills alongside technical automation ability
• - Experience handling direct lead follow-up by email or SMS in addition to automation
• - Social media content or scheduling experience (scope may expand over time)
