JOB SUMMARY

The Lease Marketing Associate drives occupancy and property value by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain high-quality retail tenants. They coordinate and facilitate the leasing of spaces of a LCC Malls and conduct various leasing activities such as sourcing and initial evaluation of potential tenants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, launch, and manage targeted marketing campaigns, digital collateral, and leasing presentations (pitch decks) to attract potential retail tenants and food and beverage (F&B) operators.
2. Monitor retail market trends, competitor activities, consumer demographics, and foot-traffic data to identify high-potential retail concepts and gap categories within the tenant mix.
3. Actively source and pipeline potential tenants through cold outreach, trade shows, industry networking, and digital platforms.
4. Collaborate with design and property teams to maintain up-to-date marketing materials, including vacant space walk-throughs, digital brochures, website listings, and site-fact sheets.
5. Partner with the leasing managers to deliver highly persuasive, data-backed business pitches to prospective brand partners, highlighting mall demographics, foot traffic, and sales growth.
6. Coordinate leasing events, open houses, and retailer showcases to display available retail spaces and build relationships with local and national broker networks.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Experience in B2B marketing, commercial real estate leasing, or retail property marketing. Direct experience working with shopping malls, retail developers, or commercial brokerages is highly preferred.
3. Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva),. Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
4. Solid understanding of retail lease structures, tenant-mix strategy, consumer behavior, and retail real estate terminology.
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a commercial mindset driven by data and design.
