You will create marketing materials, monitor market trends, source tenants through outreach, and present data-driven pitches to brand partners, supporting open houses and broker networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing or retail leasing.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Canva; familiarity with graphic design is a plus.
• Solid understanding of retail lease structures, tenant-mix strategy, and consumer behavior.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential retail tenants and F&B operators.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer demographics, and foot-traffic data.
• Actively source and pipeline potential tenants via cold outreach, trade shows, and networks.
• Collaborate with design and property teams to maintain up-to-date marketing materials and listings.
• Partner with leasing managers to deliver persuasive pitches highlighting mall demographics and sales growth.
• Coordinate leasing events, open houses, and broker relations.
