Job summary

Filinvest Supermall Inc. is seeking a Marketing professional to drive mall and cinema promotions, manage digital campaigns, and build customer databases to boost foot traffic and sales.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, develop content, and coordinate collateral with tenants and external advertisers. A Bachelor's in Marketing/Business and 1+ year experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing-related experience.
• Master's degree is a plus.

About the role

Responsible for marketing short-term leases such as events, exhibits, thematic fairs, promoting the cinema, forging partnerships with organizations and government agencies. Tasked in devising marketing strategies that promote retail products and enhance brand presence. To collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and foster customer loyalty within retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating marketing activities and increase sustainable foot traffic.
• Support cinema promotions and operational activities.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for website, social media, advertising, promotions, events, and PR.
• Build and utilize customer databases to support mall marketing initiatives.
• Develop marketing content and advertising materials.
• Manage IL Corso marketing collaterals and maximize indoor/outdoor advertising spaces.
• Coordinate collateral bookings with tenants and external advertisers.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to improve marketing strategies.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of one (1) year Marketing related experience.
