Job summary

Global SME Loans Inc. is hiring for a full-time customer service role in the Philippines. You will handle applications, screen documents, and guide borrowers through loan processes while maintaining strong communication and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities include servicing borrowers and consultants, updating loan systems, and ensuring timely submission of requirements with a focus on client satisfaction and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a related business course; undergraduate acceptable.
• Experience preferably with sales; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Negotiation skills required.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Flexible in adapting to a fast-changing environment.
• Goal oriented.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and loan consultants from receiving to post-release.
• Receive and collect client applications and requirements.
• Screen applications for pre-qualification, document validity, and hold/negative areas.
• Run Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update client details to our Loan System and Transmittal.
• Orient clients regarding loan products and processes.
• Process and monitor applications until loan release.
• Follow up clients to submit pending requirements.
• Update clients about loan status and details.
• Confirm loan details with the borrower.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of loan.
• Receiving of client’s application form and requirements.
• Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas)
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update details of client to our Loan System and Transmittal.
• Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process.
• Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
• Follow up clients to submit their pending requirements.
• Update clients about their loan application’s status with us.
• Confirmation of loan details to the borrower.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Graduate of any related business course, Undergraduate is acceptable
• Experience Preferably with sales experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply
