Job summary

Global SME Loans Inc. on-site Rizal is seeking passionate individuals for a full-time Customer Service/Loan Associate role. You will handle applications, provide product guidance, and support borrowers and consultants through the loan process.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in customer service or related sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel 100% to meet client needs in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Education: business-related degree; undergraduate acceptable.
• Experience: 1 year in customer service preferred; sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and loan consultants throughout the process.
• Receive client applications and required documents.
• Screen applications (pre-qualifications, document validity, hold/negative areas).
• Run Masterlist and FFCC; encode and update client details in the loan system.
• Orient clients on loan products and process; monitor until loan release.
• Follow up on pending requirements and update applicants on status.
• Confirm loan details with borrowers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of loan.
• Receiving of client's application form and requirements.
• Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas)
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update details of client to our Loan System and Transmittal.
• Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process.
• Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
• Follow up clients to submit their pending requirements.
• Update clients about their loan application's status with us.
• Confirmation of loan details to the borrower.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Graduate of any related business course, Undergraduate is acceptable
• Experience Preferably with sales experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• With good communication skills both written and oral
• Flexible in adapting to fast changing environment
• Goal oriented
• Customer Service Oriented
