• Experience Preferably with sales experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• With good communication skills both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants.
• Receive clients' application forms and requirements.
• Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas).
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update details of the client.
• Orient the client regarding Loan Products and Process.
• Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
• Follow up on clients to submit their pending requirements.
• Update clients about their loan application status.
• Confirm loan details to the borrower.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to both Borrowers and Loan Consultants from receiving and even after the release of loan.
• Receiving of clients application form and requirements.
• Screening (Pre-qualifications, Validity of documents, hold/negative areas)
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC.
• Encode and update details of client to our Loan System and Transmittal.
• Orient the client regarding our Loan Products and Loan Process.
• Process and monitor applications until release of loan.
• Follow up clients to submit their pending requirements.
• Update clients about their loan applications status with us.
• Confirmation of loan details to the borrower.
