The role focuses on identifying strategic leads, performing outreach via client visits, calls, and email campaigns, and coordinating product demonstrations to contractors and project managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new project opportunities.
• Conduct regular phone calls, email outreach and field visits to project sites, developers, contractors and project consultants
• Gather key project data, and handoff fully qualified project leads and customer profiles to the Sales Team
• Gather market feedback regarding customer/project challenges, competitor activities, and pricing trends to share with Sales Team
• Coordinate and assist in conducting face-to-face product demonstrations, and technical pitches to contractors, engineers, and project managers
• Lead and manage the Vendor Accreditation process with target property developers, main contractors, and project managers until official vendor status or approved-supplier listing is achieved

About the role

The Marketing Associate supports the Sales Team to build brand awareness, create product interest, and grow the customer base.
