Job summary

Responsibilities

About the role

Marketing Associates support the work of other marketing associates, and managers of work tasks and projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Developing, designing, updating, and enhancing presentations and marketing materials to promote company services.
• Contacting, meeting with, and negotiating with schools administrators or decision makers to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Reviewing and analyzing sales performances against programs and plans to determine effectiveness of campaigns.
• Handling, developing and managing sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Planning and overseeing marketing and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
• Developing and recommending plans, positioning, campaign ideas, and marketing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
• Ensuring effective delivery of marketing results, and takes corrective action to achieve marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Evaluating market trends and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
• Monitoring competitor services, sales and marketing activities.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
