Job summary

PNS Advanced Steel Technology, Inc. seeks a dynamic business development professional to source and monitor construction projects, coordinate client meetings, and deliver compelling company presentations.

You will build relationships with clients and stakeholders, assist in preparing estimates and contracts, and support seminars and exhibitions, with occasional travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Asana are a plus; willingness to learn and grow in the construction

Qualifications

• Priority will be given to candidates with construction-industry experience and practical experience preparing estimates, quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related courses.
• Applicants with relevant work experience are preferred; fresh graduates may apply with willingness to learn and interest in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project monitoring files and update Asana/project tracking systems


• Prepare and update presentations, company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal technical team


• Prepare, review, and coordinate cost estimates, quotations, commercial proposals, and contract-related documents in collaboration with the technical and management teams.


• Participate in seminars, conventions, exhibitions, and client engagement activities

Additional Role Details:

• Project sourcing activities related to buildings, infrastructure, airports, stadiums, industrial facilities, and other related projects


• Coordinate with architects, SEORs, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders regarding meetings and project updates


• Prepare meeting agenda, minutes of meetings, and weekly activity reports


• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of project estimates, quotations, proposals, contracts, and supporting commercial documents


• Coordinate with the company’s technical team regarding project requirements and presentation materials


• Support company activities related to seminars, technical presentations, exhibitions, and promotional events


• Continuously learn and understand the company’s products, technologies and systems including seismic & vibration control devices, Special Steel Structures (SSS), Bridge systems, Slope protection system.
