Job summary

HRTx Inc in Quezon City is seeking a proactive Leasing and Tenant Acquisition Manager to source and secure tenants for retail and commercial spaces, optimize occupancy, and enhance the tenant mix to drive property value and foot traffic.

You will develop leasing strategies, conduct site viewings and meetings, negotiate terms, maintain tenant relationships, monitor market trends, and coordinate with marketing and property management to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in retail/commercial leasing or tenant acquisition.
• Strong network within retail brands, F&B, and commercial tenants.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Quezon City retail and commercial property market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing/CRM tools.
