Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated seeks a Market Territory Manager to expand distribution, drive sales volume, and increase market share across the Philippines. You will manage people, assets, and working capital to ensure profitability while leading a high-performance sales team.

The role emphasizes hands-on field sales with coaching, objective setting, and KPI tracking in a fast-moving consumer goods environment. Travel across the country is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• 6-10 years of sales manager experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Knowledge of sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management.
• Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code 12/AB or 123/ABC.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Builds the business in assigned territory by attaining distribution coverage, sales volume, market share targets and manages company systems, processes and resources.
• Assures attainment of Key Performance indicators by management through setting objectives, tracking measures and problem solving.
• Field work and sales coaching should be at least 80% of time; 20% for admin functions.

About this Role

This role is responsible for building the business within the assigned territory by achieving distribution coverage, sales volume, and market share targets. It also involves effectively managing the company’s systems, processes, and resources—including people, fixed assets, and working capital—to ensure profitability and strong returns.

The Market Territory Manager ensures the achievement of key performance indicators set by management through strategic objective-setting, performance tracking, problem-solving, and consistent coaching of the team.

Main Responsibility:

• Builds the business in his assigned territory by attaining distribution coverage, sales volume, market share targets and manages effectively company's systems, processes and resources - people, fixed assets, working capital - deliver desired return and profitability

• Assures attainment of Key Performance set by management through setting objectives, tracking measures & problem solving and coaching

• Field work & sales coaching should be at least eighty percent (80%) of his time. The remaining twenty percent (20%) is dedicated to admin functions

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.

• With 6-10 years of solid sales manager experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management

• Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code of 12/AB or 123/ABC

• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
