Job summary

Seapeak in Makati, Philippines seeks a Marine HR Officer to join the ship team. You will assign seafarers to vessels, provide logistical support, and ensure certifications are up to date, while aiding recruitment, onboarding and training.

This role partners with the Lead Marine Personnel Officer and the ship's team for scheduling, travel arrangements, and compliance with STCW and flag state regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of marine industry and STCW is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel scheduling and crew changes with Lead Marine Personnel Officer.
• Ensure officers meet certification and training requirements.
• Maintain seafarer training plans and book shore-based courses.
• Administer onboarding into Marine HR Crew Management System.
• Arrange travel, visas, and joining documents as needed.
